Provide technical support via chat, calls, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux related issues
Handle 15–25 cases per shift while maintaining quality standards
Document customer interactions accurately in support systems
Escalate system/network outages to reduce downtime
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base
Assist users with hardware, software, and network-related issues
Maintain productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics
๐ฏ Eligibility / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
1+ year experience in corporate IT support environment
Hands-on experience with Windows / Mac / Linux OS
Knowledge of network troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Linux (RedHat), AWS
Experience in customer-facing technical support roles
Exposure to enterprise IT environments
