  • Handle 15–25 cases per shift while maintaining quality standards

  • Escalate system/network outages to reduce downtime

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base

  • Assist users with hardware, software, and network-related issues

  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • 1+ year experience in corporate IT support environment

  • Hands-on experience with Windows / Mac / Linux OS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Linux (RedHat), AWS
