💼 About the Role

The Prod Compliance Associate Sr – Selection Validation role is part of Amazon’s Marketplace Compliance operations.

You will be responsible for reviewing incoming compliance requests, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining quality and SLA metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to improve compliance workflows.

This role is ideal for candidates with data operations, compliance, audit, or investigation experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Process incoming compliance requests strictly as per SOPs & SLAs

  • Maintain defined quality and productivity standards

  • Review large datasets and generate operational reports

  • Identify gaps and suggest process improvement ideas

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Support team and organization-level projects

  • Work in rotational shifts (any 5 days per week)

🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

  • 1+ year experience in data-driven operations, compliance, audit, or investigation roles

  • Fluent English communication (read, write, speak)

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & MS Office

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
