The MyHR Live Support Advisor (MHLS Advisor) role is part of Amazon’s internal HR Contact Center. You will act as the first point of contact for Amazon employees worldwide, assisting them via live phone calls and chats.

  • Handle a high volume of live phone calls and chats

  • Resolve HR-related queries on:

    • Leave & time-off

    • Benefits & compensation

    • Employee relocation

    • Offboarding & employment verification

    • Bereavement support

  • Use Amazon knowledge base, SOPs, and FAQs to resolve issues

  • Escalate complex issues to partner teams when required

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information

  • Achieve performance metrics like:

    • First Contact Resolution (FCR)

    • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

    • Handling Time

  • Work collaboratively with global HR teams


🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (mandatory)

  • 0–10+ years experience in:

    • Customer support

    • Contact center

    • HR operations

  • Strong English communication (verbal & written)

  • High empathy and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work 24×7 rotational shifts

  • Reliable internet connection (50–100 Mbps)
