  • Apply critical thinking and judgment to balance policy and employee needs

  • Collaborate with partner teams to improve HR processes and policies

  • Maintain performance metrics such as:

    • First Contact Resolution (FCR)

    • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

    • Average Handling Time (AHT)

  • Adhere strictly to schedules, breaks, and 24/7 shift coverage

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Minimum 6 months experience using Microsoft Office tools

  • Comfortable handling confidential employee data

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years experience in:

    • Contact center

    • Customer service

    • HR operations

  • Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, lookups, navigation)

  • Experience handling HR topics like:

  • Strong multitasking and stress-handling abilities


Shift / Work Schedule
