Handle high volumes of live calls, chats, tickets, and HR cases
Take complete ownership of employee issues until resolution
Use SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge bases to resolve queries accurately
Escalate issues appropriately when resolution is outside defined processes
Build trust through empathetic and personalized communication
Respond to urgent employee concerns with limited information
Apply critical thinking and judgment to balance policy and employee needs
Collaborate with partner teams to improve HR processes and policies
Maintain performance metrics such as:
First Contact Resolution (FCR)
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Average Handling Time (AHT)
Adhere strictly to schedules, breaks, and 24/7 shift coverage

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum 6 months experience using Microsoft Office tools
Comfortable handling confidential employee data
Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)
Preferred Skills
2+ years experience in:
Contact center
Customer service
HR operations
Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, lookups, navigation)
Experience handling HR topics like:
