📝 Job Description

Turing is looking for candidates with customer service, e-commerce, or operations management experience to support AI workflow testing and dataset creation.

Your work will directly contribute to improving Large Language Model (LLM) quality by recreating real-world customer support scenarios, validating AI outputs, and ensuring compliance accuracy.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧩 Workflow Simulation

  • Recreate ticket handling, chat/email workflows, refunds/returns, and escalation processes

  • Simulate customer service operations to test LLM behaviour

✉️ AI Output Validation

  • Review and validate AI-generated responses

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, tone, and customer experience quality

📊 Dataset & Annotation Work

  • Prepare structured datasets for model training

  • Create audit data and quality assessment checklists

⚙️ Operational Testing

  • Simulate SLA tracking, quality audits, and escalation paths

  • Identify weaknesses in AI workflow responses

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine guidelines

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in customer service operations
    (ticketing, email/chat workflows, refunds, returns, or knowledge base work)

  • Experience with tools like:
    ✔ Zendesk
    ✔ Freshdesk
    ✔ Salesforce Service Cloud
    ✔ ServiceNow
    ✔ Jira

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to identify issues in AI-generated workflows

  • Excellent written English (for dataset creation and QA documentation)

  • Understanding of AI/LLM evaluation is a plus

💰 Pay & Engagement Details

💼 Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor
⏱ Minimum Hours: 30 hours/week
⏳ Work Hours: At least 4 hrs/day, with 4 hours overlapping PST
📅 Duration: 1 month (possible extension)
