Triple is hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide world-class customer service for North American clients.
In this role, you will resolve customer queries, handle complaints, document interactions, and maintain customer satisfaction while working closely with internal teams.
This is a remote full-time role, offering global exposure to professional customer service operations.

This is a night shift role suitable for candidates comfortable with US timings.
