This role involves providing technical customer support and diagnosing real-time issues within the SaaS platform.
๐ Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support to product users through email, chat, and support channels.

Identify whether issues reported are bugs, user errors, or workflow gaps.

Document recurring issues and collaborate with development team for fixes.

Write help articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Help build and improve customer support processes and documentation.

Required

Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Technical background: ability to diagnose issues, not just follow scripted responses.
