As a Business Development Associate – Presales, you will engage with potential learners, explain career growth opportunities, and generate sales-qualified leads for the company.

You should have strong communication skills in Telugu / Tamil / Hindi along with good English proficiency.




🎯 Key Responsibilities


📞 Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential learners

Understand their needs and guide them on suitable career paths

Nurture leads and help them move through the sales funnel


🎤 Communication

Ask the right questions to understand learners’ background and goals

Build trust through clear and convincing communication


📊 Lead Management

Handle cold calls, follow-ups, and lead qualification

Maintain a detailed CRM/database of all interactions

Share feedback on lead quality with the team


🎯 Target-Oriented

Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

Maintain consistency and discipline in achieving goals




🎓 Eligibility Criteria


Required Skills

Native speaker of Telugu / Tamil / Hindi

Good communication in English

Strong interpersonal skills

Sales mindset & ability to convince

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing startup


Preferred Skills


Experience in sales, presales, telecalling, or business development

Comfortable with high-volume calling




💰 Salary / Compensation


💵 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
