💼 Role: Technical Project Manager (India) – Choose Your Track

🔀 Track 1: Growth Product Manager

You will:

  • Scale candidate sourcing

  • Run A/B growth experiments

  • Refine vetting workflows

  • Partner with Product & ML teams

  • Provide insights to improve product quality

Growth Outcomes:

  • Reduce cost per acquisition

  • Design referral loops

  • Define & instrument growth metrics

🔀 Track 2: Client Consultant

You will:

  • Convert complex AI-lab instructions into clear SOPs

  • Onboard thousands of contributors

  • Maintain smooth progress on large-scale projects

Consulting Outcomes:

  • Reduce contributor friction by 40%

  • Create FAQs & conduct office hours

  • Maintain SLA commitments

🔀 Track 3: Analytics Engineer

You will:

  • Convert raw data into dashboards & financial models

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Must-Have Qualifications

  • 0–3 years experience in:

    • Client-facing roles

    • Analytical roles

    • Engineering roles

  • Track-specific skills:

    • Growth / Consulting → High proficiency in Sheets/Excel

    • Analytics → Strong SQL, Python, dbt, ELT experience

  • Excellent written & spoken English

  • Strong problem-solving & ownership mindset

  • Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

  • Exposure to sourcing tools (Apollo, Gem)

  • ML or analytics certifications

5️⃣ 7-day paid work trial on live Mercor projects
