Job Description
The Community Development Executive will work closely with physiotherapists, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals to develop a strong professional network for Remote Physios. The candidate will be actively involved in onboarding new members into the platform and promoting tele-rehabilitation services through outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with physiotherapists and clinic owners.

Promote Remote Physios’ services, tele-rehab solutions, partnerships, and digital offerings.

Conduct outreach activities through calls, online meetings, emails and follow-ups.

Grow and manage a strong physiotherapist community under Remote Physios.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration.

Maintain CRM records of leads, interactions, conversions, and progress.
Eligibility & Requirements
Must Have
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for community development and relationship building.

Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive approach.

Willingness to conduct outreach activities (virtual & occasional offline).

Basic knowledge of digital tools, CRM platforms and online networking.
Preferred but Not Mandatory

Background or academic knowledge in physiotherapy.

Graduates & Postgraduates from any specialization may apply.

Experience in healthcare, sales, outreach, or community management is a bonus.
