📝 Job Description
Anthology is looking for a motivated candidate to join their Global Support Team as Associate Technical Support I.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early professionals who want hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, system support, and customer communication.
You will be responsible for providing first-level support, managing application & infrastructure issues, preparing RCAs, writing knowledge base articles, and collaborating with global teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. First-Level Technical Support

Provide initial diagnosis and resolution for application, OS, and infrastructure issues
-
Troubleshoot common technical problems involving Windows/Linux, networks, and applications
-
Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
-
Escalate critical issues to higher-level teams
2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Documentation
-
Prepare RCA documentation for repeated issues
-
Create and update technical knowledge base articles
-
Improve documentation for internal teams and customers
3. Customer Communication
-
Provide clear communication and timely updates
-
Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams
4. Shift Support
-
Participate in rotational shifts (24/7 support)
-
Weekend on-call support on rotational basis
5. Troubleshooting & System Monitoring
-
Identify system issues and escalate when required
-
Monitor system performance and minimize downtime
6. Collaboration
-
Work with engineering, infrastructure, and development teams

Ensure smooth handovers and ticket resolution
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Required Skills (0–2 Years Experience)

Experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles

Familiarity with ADO, Salesforce, or any ticketing systems

Good understanding of Windows or Linux

Basics of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Experience with web server troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to write simple queries)

Awareness of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
