📝 Job Description

As an L2 Associate – Transportation Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact between Amazon and its Delivery Partners (DPs).

To the delivery partners, YOU represent Amazon, so strong communication and professionalism are key.

Your role involves solving operational challenges, improving delivery partner experience, and maintaining smooth logistics operations.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 1. Communication & Support

  • Interact with Delivery Partners professionally and clearly

  • Provide prompt and efficient support for delivery-related concerns

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide DPs through solutions

🧩 2. Problem Resolution

  • Handle sensitive escalations professionally

  • Escalate cases according to Amazon’s escalation matrix

  • Use logical reasoning to resolve complex issues

⏱️ 3. Operational Efficiency

  • Demonstrate strong time-management

  • Maintain or exceed required performance metrics

  • Identify operational trends and recommend process improvements

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience

  • Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in:
    ✔ Mathematics
    ✔ Engineering
    ✔ Statistics
    ✔ Computer Science
