🧑‍💻 Role – Associate QA Engineer

As an Associate QA Engineer, you’ll join Numerator’s Engineering team to develop, document, and execute test cases. You’ll work on both manual and automation testing, contribute to agile development processes, and collaborate with QA, product, and development teams.

This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow in a dynamic QA environment.


🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual test scenarios and test cases
  • Develop automation scripts using Python or Java
  • Work with APIs, databases, and basic cloud infrastructure
  • Debug test cases and troubleshoot issues
  • Report and track defects using management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and performance testing (if applicable)

📋 Eligibility Criteria

✅ BE/BTech in Computer Science or equivalent
✅ 0–1 years of experience (Freshers eligible)
✅ Knowledge of Python, Core Java
✅ Understanding of SDLC and software testing concepts
✅ Familiarity with RDBMS and data querying (added advantage)
✅ Strong grasp of OOP concepts
✅ Basic knowledge of Git/version control
✅ Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with Selenium, BDD, JMeter
  • Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, Jenkins or CircleCI
