As a FinCrime Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing APP (Authorised Push Payment) and ATO (Account Takeover) reports submitted by customers

  • Securing customer accounts from fraud and unauthorized access

  • Communicating claim status via in-app chat

  • Collaborating with global teams across London, Krakow, Porto, and Lviv

  • Taking end-to-end ownership of fraud-related issues

  • Supporting other fraud teams and expanding your FinCrime knowledge
