🧑‍💼 Role Details – Transportation Representative (NOC IB, ROW IB)

As a Transportation Representative, you’ll act as the primary interface between Amazon and its stakeholders — especially seller points of contact. You’ll troubleshoot delivery partner issues, manage sensitive cases, and suggest process improvements.

This is an L2-level operational role, requiring excellent communication, time management, and logical reasoning.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this role, you must:

  • ✅ Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any specialization
  • ✅ Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • ✅ Be able to understand and resolve customer/seller issues
