💼 Role – Customer Success Associate (Post-Traineeship)

🎯 What You’ll Do
During the traineeship and full-time role, you’ll:
- Learn the Recruit CRM platform and recruitment workflows
- Handle client queries via chat, email, and video calls
- Understand and communicate customer needs to internal teams
- Solve user challenges with empathy and professionalism
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve features
- Uphold service quality and communication standards
🧪 Traineeship Structure

🕒 Duration: 6 months
⏱️ Hours: 8.5 hrs/day
💰 Stipend: INR 20,000/month
🕰️ Shift: Europe (Noon–10 PM, Mon–Fri)
🎯 Full-Time Opportunity
Upon successful completion and performance, you may be offered a full-time role as Customer Success Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000
- INR 6,00,000 base salary
- INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay
🕰️ Shift Options (Post-Traineeship)
- Europe: Noon–10 PM
- Asia Pacific: 6 AM–4 PM
- Half North America: 4 PM–2 AM
- Full North America: 8 PM–6 AM
- Middle East: 4 or 5 days/week (based on requirement)
