💼 Role – Business Operations Intern
📍 Location: Remote (must be available in UTC+3 time zone)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with Wello’s business team and contribute to multiple areas:
💰 Finance & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor relationships
- Draft/review contracts and NDAs
- Oversee payment cycles and reconciliations
- Support financial operations and reporting
⚙️ Operational Strategy & Process Development
- Draft SOPs, policies, and workflows
- Help improve internal efficiency across teams
📂 Project Management
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives
- Maintain documentation and track progress
- Ensure smooth execution of projects
🔍 Research & Market Analysis
- Study competitors and trends in payments, crypto, and web3
- Track tools and best practices to support strategic decisions
📁 Information Management
- Organize company documentation and knowledge systems (Google Drive)
- Ensure files and records are structured and accessible
🗂️ Admin & Ad Hoc Support
- Assist with recruitment, scheduling, and meetings
- Support day-to-day operational tasks
