🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

- Provide customer support via voice and non-voice channels  
- Follow up with customers to resolve queries and concerns  
- Log all interactions accurately using internal tools and processes  
- Gain knowledge of client products/services to assist customers effectively  
- Meet assigned targets within agreed timelines  
- Adhere to quality guidelines and established procedures  
- Identify solutions based on standard operating processes  



👩🏻‍💻 Eligibility Criteria

- Be a graduate in any discipline  
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or contact center roles
