As an Investigation Associate, you’ll be responsible for evaluating seller transactions, resolving Safe-T claims, and ensuring risk-free operations across Amazon’s marketplace. You’ll work independently, using your judgment and analytical skills to make decisions that impact sellers and customers alike.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Investigate seller transactions and Safe-T claims
- Make Grant/No Grant decisions based on evidence
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
- Escalate issues to relevant teams as per SOPs
- Maintain detailed documentation and annotations
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Analyze performance metrics to support business goals

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 years of work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Ability to interpret large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in dynamic team environments

- Experience in trust & safety or eCommerce payments
