As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for Amazon customers—resolving queries, preventing issues, and delivering exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. - Answer customer queries related to orders, payments, products, and website navigation
- Use internal tools to research and resolve issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Adapt to changing processes and customer needs
- Maintain productivity and quality standards

- Minimum age: 18 years
- Right to work in India
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (day, night, weekends, holidays)
