πΌ Role Overview: Client Service Representative
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of TCP—providing phone, email, and chat support to customers from the comfort of your home. You’ll help resolve platform issues, answer billing questions, and ensure every customer interaction is empathetic, solution-oriented, and aligned with TCP’s service standards.
π Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Use tools like Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu
- Escalate issues to relevant departments as per SOPs
- Maintain and update customer records
- Investigate and research solutions to customer concerns
- Meet KPIs including call quality, client-facing time, and occupancy

- 1–2 years of experience in B2C customer service, preferably in financial or banking services
- Knowledge of U.S. credit systems (credit cards, personal loans, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working remotely in Eastern Time Zone (10 AM–7 PM ET)
- Dedicated home workspace (equipment details shared during interview)
