📊 Role Overview: Insights Quality Analyst

In this position, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and improving quality standards across Cision’s Insights products and services. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver excellence through data-driven insights.




Key Responsibilities

- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and vendors
- Analyze performance across job functions and locations
- Drive root cause analysis, training improvements, and automation strategies
- Monitor SLA and KPI adherence, and generate monthly reports
- Produce scorecards for internal reporting and board-level presentations
- Proactively address customer satisfaction metrics and recommend corrective actions
