💼 Key Responsibilities

- Deliver responsive support for eMaint and Fluke Connect software platforms  
- Engage with customers via phone, email, web meetings, and live chat  
- Use active problem-solving to diagnose and resolve technical issues  
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions  
- Participate in internal product testing and provide feedback for continuous improvement  
- Contribute to content creation for knowledge base and customer-facing guides  
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified customer experience  




🎓 Required Skills & Experience

- 📘 Bachelor’s degree preferred  
- 🛠️ Strong mechanical aptitude and a curious approach to troubleshooting  
- ✍️ Clear and concise communication skills — verbal and written  
- 💪 Ability to work with minimal supervision in high-paced environments  
- 🧠 Strong organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office and basic database functions  
- 🙋 Customer service experience is an added advantage
