Amazon is hiring for a Voice-based Customer Service role under the Leave & Disability Management (LDM) team.

Role: Customer Service – Leave & Disability Management (Voice Process)
Work Mode: Work from Home (VCC approved states only)
CTC: ₹5,50,000 per annum (Non-negotiable)
Job Location: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, West Bengal
Shifts: Night shifts starting from 6 PM (Rotational week-offs)
Relocation: Not provided
Joining Timeline: Within 15–20 days
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory with no backlogs)
Minimum 2 years of experience in voice-based customer service, BPO, contact center, case management, or Leave & Disability roles
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
Comfortable handling high-volume inbound/outbound voice calls
Responsibilities Include:
Manage employee queries related to leave and disability benefits
Review documentation and handle cases per policy and legal compliance
Provide consistent updates to employees and managers
Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and other departments
Handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism
Facilitate smooth return-to-work processes
