About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Aircall, helping customers troubleshoot issues, understand features, and find solutions. This is a permanent, full-time, remote role, requiring work on weekends (with two weekdays off). Your shift will fall between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST (8-hour shift + 1-hour lunch).

Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Assist customers via chat, email, and phone
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions
✅ Educate users on Aircall’s features & functionalities
✅ Collaborate with global teams for faster issue resolution
✅ Provide outstanding customer support with empathy & professionalism
Who Can Apply?
✅ 1+ year of experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role (or similar)
✅ Fluent in English (Spanish/French is a plus)
✅ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Familiarity with ticketing tools & CRM systems
✅ Good time management & problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
✔ Experience in tech support or SaaS customer service
✔ Ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech users
