About the Role
As an ML Data Operations Associate, you will support Amazon’s Robotics Fulfillment Centers by reviewing videos and images of product stowing actions. You’ll be responsible for using human judgment to verify product locations, ensuring inventory accuracy at fulfillment centers. This role involves watching and auditing hundreds of short videos daily with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Review video footage of stowing actions and accurately indicate product locations.
Ensure inventory accuracy by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Meet productivity and quality targets by auditing a high volume of videos/images.
Maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, proper lighting) for work-from-home associates.
Participate in virtual meetings (camera must be turned on).
Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
- Ability to focus on high-volume, repetitive tasks with great accuracy.
- Strong observation skills – ability to recognize details from blurry or unclear videos.
- Comfortable working in a structured and target-driven environment.
- Self-discipline to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (including weekends, nights, and holidays).
- Ability to adapt to performance coaching for continuous improvement.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Rotational shifts (24x7 operations) – 9-hour shifts with pre-scheduled breaks.
- 5-day work week with two consecutive days off (not necessarily weekends).
- Night shift allowance as per Amazon’s work policy.
