About the Role
As an Investigation Associate, you'll play a vital role in protecting Amazon’s e-commerce platform by investigating and eliminating online risks. The position involves analyzing complex seller transactions, authenticating customer activities, and ensuring safe and trustworthy operations.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate seller transactions and take appropriate actions based on established procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams through email, phone, and annotations.
Document findings and decisions in detail.
Handle issues using available resources and escalate problems as needed.
Meet performance metrics, productivity goals, and quality standards.
Analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–1 years of experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Strong data handling and interpretation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information
Shifts: Rotational (24x7 environment, shift changes every 3–4 months).
Weekly Off: Two consecutive days (rotational, changes every 3–4 months).
