About the Role
As a Digital Content Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality video catalog content by performing various checks, fixing metadata, and validating the user experience. This role requires using Amazon’s internal tools and making judgment-based decisions based on provided guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on video content, metadata, and images.
Validate image and video quality for streaming platforms.
Ensure smooth user experience for content viewing on devices like Firestick, Fire TV, Apple TV, and Roku TV.
Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and shortcut keys) for data management.
Identify and report tool functionality issues as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas).
Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of video streaming platforms and devices like Firestick, Fire TV, Apple TV, and Roku TV.
Interest in sports like Cricket, NBA, MLB, and TNF.
Prior experience in content quality control is a plus.
