Role Overview
As a MyHR Live Support Advisor, you’ll provide HR support to Amazon employees worldwide, handling queries related to time-off, employee relocations, benefits, pay, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage live phone and chat interactions, resolving employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Refer to internal documentation to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
Build trust through personalized communication and assess employees' needs in real time.
Maintain high performance metrics, including contact resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
Work closely with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve processes.
Job Details
Locations Available: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, West Bengal.
Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts). Shifts change every 3–4 months.
Weekly Off: 5-day working week with rotational consecutive days off.
Basic Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience: 0–10 years in contact center, customer service, or human resources.
Fluent English communication and writing skills (+85%).
Internet connection with a speed of 50–100 Mbps before joining.
Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in contact center, HR, or customer service.
Knowledge of US leave and disability laws.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and adhere to privacy standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
