Job Role Overview
Position: Buyer Abuse_L3_Investigation Specialist (Seasonal, 12 Months)
Location: Amazon India
Shifts: Rotational (24x7 shift environment; changes every 3–4 months).
Weekly Offs: Rotational two-consecutive days off (changes every 3–4 months).
Key Responsibilities
As an Investigation Specialist, you will:
1. Conduct detailed investigations to identify fraudulent activities and eliminate e-commerce risks.
2. Use independent judgment to authenticate customers and assess complex transactions with minimal guidance.
3. Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with management, risk analysts, engineers, colleagues, and external parties to meet goals.
4. Analyze and solve transactional problems logically and independently.
5. Maintain productivity and quality assurance standards while contributing to the department's development.
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency in English: Strong written and spoken communication skills. Ability to create concise, grammatically correct, and accurate responses.
