About the Role

Revolut’s Complaints Team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling formal complaints with efficiency, fairness, and transparency.

As a Support Specialist (Complaints), you’ll play a vital role in resolving customer issues, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is an opportunity to:

Own and resolve formal complaints.

Work across teams to address root causes and drive quality improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.

Identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer issues with a focus on fairness.

Improving internal procedures to enhance complaint resolution.

Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, product development, and quality assurance.

Conducting root-cause analysis and maintaining accurate records.

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Taking ownership of problems, policies, and processes end-to-end.

Creating a balanced work environment by managing your own working hours.




What You’ll Need

1+ year of customer support experience.

Fluent English (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.

An analytical mindset to investigate and resolve issues effectively.

Strategic thinking to determine the best solutions for redress (e.g., refunds).

A problem-solving attitude with excellent attention to detail.


Nice to Have:

Fluency in multiple languages.
