About the Role
Revolut’s Card Payments Team processes hundreds of millions of transactions monthly, ensuring seamless and reliable payment experiences. As a Subject Matter Expert (Card Payments), you’ll play a pivotal role in:
Ensuring global payment acceptance.
Building relationships with payment partners.
Resolving escalated issues and improving internal processes.
If you have deep expertise in card payments, outstanding analytical skills, and stakeholder management experience, this role is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Resolving card payment decline cases with swift and effective solutions.
Monitoring key card payment metrics to ensure global acceptance of Revolut cards.
Building and managing strong relationships with global merchants and acquirers, acting as their main point of contact.
Providing expert support for non-routine escalations from partners, customers, and internal teams.
Creating and maintaining knowledge base materials to improve customer support standards.
Collaborating closely with internal product and operations teams to align on goals and initiatives.
Leading learning and development efforts and conducting retrospectives to refine processes.
What You’ll Need
Experience in payments with strong knowledge of card payment operations.
Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
Proven stakeholder management skills for cross-departmental collaboration in a global environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL for data analysis.
Compensation
Vilnius & Lithuania: €2,200 – €2,600 gross/month.
Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Final compensation depends on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
