About the Role
The Rev-Celerator Graduate Programme offers an incredible opportunity to kickstart your career in strategy and operations within the fintech sector. Designed for ambitious graduates, this programme combines intensive bootcamp training with hands-on experience. Participants will work on challenging projects, develop critical skills, and directly contribute to Revolut’s growth and success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Optimizing products and services to improve customer experiences.
Conducting in-depth research and proposing new features to drive innovation.
Analyzing data to provide actionable insights for operational implementation.
Building strategic relationships and participating in negotiations.
Contributing to product development and improving customer satisfaction.
Engaging in regular performance reviews and aligning with team priorities.
Sharing updates and collaborating with global teams.
Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and delivering results.
Qualifications
Education: Graduated or graduating in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a 2:1 grade (or equivalent).
Field of Study: STEM or other quantitative disciplines.
Technical Skills: Hands-on coding experience in SQL, Python, or R.
Experience: Previous internships or work experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing tech company.

Availability: Full-time for the programme starting in September 2025.
