About the Role
Revolut is looking for a Production Operations Manager to lead and manage teams of up to 100 agents. This role combines people management and process optimization to ensure seamless operations while scaling rapidly. You’ll collaborate closely with global product teams and influence strategic initiatives that enhance customer service and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing large teams, including direct and indirect reports.
Setting team priorities and defining timelines to meet ambitious goals.
Guiding and developing team members to unlock their full potential.
Resolving complex customer issues while maintaining high performance standards.
Collaborating globally to enhance service levels and streamline operations.
Developing scalable systems, programs, and processes to drive customer satisfaction.
Owning key business metrics and implementing strategies to improve team performance.
Identifying operational inefficiencies and delivering practical, data-driven solutions.
Building strong relationships with vendor partners to influence decisions for Revolut’s benefit.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 or equivalent) from a top-tier university.
0–10 years of experience in operations, engineering, or related fields (graduates are encouraged to apply).
Prior experience managing large teams in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a record of executing measurable improvement projects.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL, Python, and R.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or process optimization.
Compensation
Lithuania: €2,400 – €5,500 gross/month.
Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
Final compensation is determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
