About the Role
As a Product Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and refining Revolut's product vision and strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure Revolut’s products deliver exceptional value to customers. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Defining and driving product strategy that aligns with Revolut's global business objectives.
Collaborating cross-functionally to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
Creating actionable roadmaps to enhance and scale Revolut's product offerings.
Developing data-driven strategies to deliver high-performing, customer-centric solutions.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and recommend product improvements.
Measuring and analyzing product performance to optimize results.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in product strategy, consulting, or a similar strategic role.
Proven ability to develop and implement high-impact strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
A solid understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
Proficiency in product tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
Background in a start-up or hyper-growth company.
MBA or equivalent business qualification.
