About the Role
Join Revolut’s Product Strategy team and collaborate with Product Strategy Managers to address some of the toughest challenges in fintech. As a Product Strategy Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in shaping product roadmaps, driving innovation, and delivering key insights that fuel Revolut’s growth.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and Revolut’s positioning to guide product strategies.
Identify and conceptualize new products and features to support Revolut’s hyper-growth.
Improve and automate existing business intelligence processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Graduating in 2024 or 2025 with a minimum of a 2:1 degree or equivalent (GPA of 3.5/4, 2.1 UK, or 8/10).
Fields of Study: STEM, finance, economics, business, or other quantitative disciplines.
Work Experience: 6+ months in strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies (fintech experience preferred).
Availability: Full-time internship for 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role upon completion.
Work Authorization: Must have valid working rights in the preferred location (visa sponsorship unavailable).
Skills:
Ability to break down complex problems and work with data.
Natural curiosity and a drive to make an impact.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
