About the Role
Revolut’s People Team is the backbone of a seamless employee experience, from onboarding to engagement. We’re looking for a People Experience Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction, coordinating global onboarding, and delivering exceptional support.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people and culture, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at crafting a world-class employee journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing and managing events in India, from planning to execution.
Assisting in the coordination and delivery of global onboarding programs.
Collaborating with external vendors and global People Experience teams for timely service delivery.
Supporting the team in achieving KPIs related to employee engagement.
Working on projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
Managing the end-to-end recognition program.
Creating innovative solutions to improve employee experiences.
Implementing cost-reduction strategies.
Handling queries via the Employee Engagement Service Desk to ensure quick issue resolution.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and personalities.
A passion for enhancing company culture and employee engagement.
A proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.
Emotional intelligence to handle complex team dynamics and relationships.
Ability to align people strategies with business goals.
Experience advising leadership teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
A problem-solving mindset and an ability to explain complex matters clearly.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience working in start-ups, fintech, or tech companies.
CIPD qualification.
Experience managing global or diverse teams.
Understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
