About the Role
The Knowledge Management team at Revolut is tasked with transforming how information is captured, organised, and accessed company-wide. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first hire for a greenfield project with a global impact.
As a People Specialist (Knowledge Management), you’ll develop and maintain a centralised documentation system that ensures content remains relevant, accurate, and easy to access. You’ll create governance processes, design knowledge repositories, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver dynamic and scalable solutions for information management.

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and maintaining knowledge bases, repositories, and templates.
Implementing governance processes for documentation lifecycle management.
Collecting, validating, and structuring content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Developing tools and platforms for streamlined knowledge management.
Analysing usage patterns to identify information gaps and generate actionable insights.
Creating systems to enable moderators to maintain content quality and relevance.
Building and maintaining Confluence documentation.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in knowledge management, content writing, or similar fields.
Proven expertise in managing knowledge bases and content repositories.
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable experience creating scalable documentation processes in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in Confluence and Jira.
Nice to Have
Background in management consulting.
Experience with analytics and reporting for knowledge management systems.
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar enterprise documentation platforms.
