About the Role
We are looking for an Outsourcing Manager to join the Global Entity Operations team. The role involves overseeing outsourcing and third-party risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing supplier and intra-group relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation, managing governance processes, and delivering regulatory reports related to third-party activities.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing outsourcing and third-party risk management processes, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor monitoring.
Implementing outsourcing and third-party risk management policies, ensuring compliance with the supply chain and outsourcing management model.
Controlling approvals related to outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycle activities through internal governance.
Providing guidance on third-party risk management procedures and accountability.
Ensuring compliance with PRA guidelines on outsourcing and operational resiliency.
Preparing regular reports for senior management regarding outsourcing risks, compliance, and performance.

What You’ll Need
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
Knowledge of outsourcing regulations and business resilience in retail financial services.
Experience in developing service management processes and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements.
Fluency in English.
