About the Role
Revolut is hiring an Operations Manager (Process) to drive efficiency and scalability across its global operations. This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, implementing automation solutions, and designing standardized processes to support Revolut's rapid growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading initiatives to identify inefficiencies and implementing Lean Six Sigma principles.
Designing and deploying standardized processes and automated solutions.
Analyzing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Using data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance.
Qualifications
Education: At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
Experience:
5+ years in engineering or a structured, KPI-focused environment.
Proven success in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of scalable process design, automation technologies, and standardization.
Skills:
Hyper-logical thinking and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to break down complex problems and work with data.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools like VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and 8D.
Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R is advantageous.
Compensation
Lithuania: €3,100 - €3,500 gross monthly.
Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
