About the Role
The Finance team at Revolut is central to its operations, functioning as the backbone of its global fintech structure. As a Finance Manager (Financial Control), you’ll work closely with the Treasury, Investment, and Equity financial control team. You will oversee areas such as cash, deposits, derivatives, bonds, investments in subsidiaries, inter-company balances, share capital, group consolidation accounting, and more.

Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve cash reconciliation and accounting issues across derivatives, bonds, reverse repos, and equity.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and annual financial records.
Analyze key general ledger accounts and monitor significant movements.
Implement process improvements for reporting efficiency through automation and enhanced controls.
Enhance balance sheet and profit/loss substantiation processes using advanced tools.
Support annual and interim audits.
Provide expert advice on accounting and reporting matters.
Define and refine financial consolidation and control processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or external audit.
Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
Experience in financial services with international exposure.
Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach.
Motivated with a hands-on attitude.
Prior experience in a fast-growing organization.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in NetSuite and SQL.
Familiarity with FloQast and GSuite.
