About the Role
The Finance team at Revolut serves as the backbone of the organization, managing financial operations and ensuring compliance. As a Finance Manager (Financial Control), you will work within the Treasury, Investment, and Equity financial control team, responsible for accounting cash flows, investments, inter-company balances, group consolidation, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to enhance financial operations, deliver process improvements, and play a critical role in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and accounting issues across various financial instruments.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and annual financial books.
Prepare analysis of movements in key general ledger accounts.
Drive automation and control enhancements for efficient reporting processes.
Improve balance sheet and P&L substantiation using group systems and tools.
Participate in interim and annual audits.
Advise on accounting and reporting matters.
Define and refine financial consolidation and control processes.
Qualifications
University degree in finance or economics.
5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or external audit with strong financial operations and controls expertise.
Extensive knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
Experience in financial services, ideally with international exposure.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on approach.
Proven experience in fast-growing organizations.
Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, SQL knowledge, FloQast, and GSuite tools.
