About the Role
Revolut’s Risk Team forms the backbone of our success, ensuring operational excellence and safety across products, regions, and functions.
We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to join the first line of defence (1LoD). You will play a key role in identifying risks, designing and implementing controls, and improving risk management procedures to enable sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks.
Designing, implementing, and testing risk controls.
Developing and testing key risk procedures.
Creating and reviewing key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor risks effectively.
What You’ll Need
A relevant university degree.
1+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management within financial services.
Experience in risk identification, monitoring, and control implementation.
Strong skills in organizing and interpreting complex data.
A track record of achievement (academic, professional, or competitive).
Excellent interpersonal skills with an organized and methodical approach.
The ability to take on responsibilities quickly and effectively.
Nice to Have:
Regulatory experience in a financial or fintech environment.
