The Risk Team is at the heart of Revolut's operations, ensuring the business operates efficiently and securely. As a Business Risk Manager (CX), you will support the Customer Experience department in the first line of defence (1LoD). Your analytical skills will help develop growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks, improving customer-facing products and risk controls.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks in the CX department.
Designing, implementing, and testing controls for customer-facing products.
Developing and testing key risk procedures.
Creating and reviewing key risk indicators (KRIs).
Registering risk events and managing risk incident reports.
Collaborating closely with CX and product design teams to mitigate risks effectively.

What You’ll Need
A 2:1 degree from a top university.
2+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services.
Proven experience in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
Exposure to customer experience and product design processes, ideally with financial features.
Ability to organize and analyze complex data effectively.
A track record of achievement in academic, professional, or competitive settings.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a methodological approach.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in CX/UX departments.
