About the Role
We are seeking a Business Risk Manager for the External Investigations team to be a part of the first line of defence (1LoD) at Revolut. You will support operational risk management procedures and work with external parties like auditors and regulators, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks.
Designing, implementing, and testing controls for external engagements (e.g., auditors, regulators).
Preparing business lines for audits and external reviews.
Developing and testing key procedures to ensure effective risk management.
Creating and reviewing key risk indicators (KRIs) to track risks.
Managing risk events, registering incidents, and delivering risk incident reports.

What You’ll Need
A 2:1 degree from a top university.
2+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management in financial services or related fields.
Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and control implementation and testing.
Proven experience working with or collaborating with regulators and/or external auditors.
Strong skills in organizing and interpreting complex data.
A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a well-organized, methodical approach.
