As a Business Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risks within the first line of defence. What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying, assessing, and reviewing operational risks.
Designing, implementing, and testing internal controls.
Developing and validating key procedures.
Creating and monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs).
Managing risk event registration and reporting.
Delivering comprehensive risk incident reports.

What You’ll Need
A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top university.
3+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management or Management Consulting in financial services.
Expertise in managing risks in finance departments.
Experience with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and internal finance controls.
Proven ability to organize and analyze complex data.
Strong track record of achievements (academic, professional, or competitive).
A highly organized and methodological approach.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
