About the Role
We are looking for a Business Risk Manager for the Third Party Risk Management team. This team plays a vital role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to third-party vendors across the business lifecycle. We need someone who can help elevate our third-party risk management processes, define risk management policies, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving the continuous improvement of third-party risk management processes.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks through onboarding, monitoring, and off-boarding.
Coordinating the development and testing of third-party contingency arrangements.
Defining policies, procedures, and playbooks related to third-party risk management.
Ensuring data completeness and quality of key risk assets.
Building relationships with internal stakeholders and providing reports to committees on third-party risk matters.
Leading projects related to third-party risk management initiatives.

What You’ll Need
2–8 years of experience in risk management or management consulting, preferably in financial services.
Expertise in at least one of the following risk domains: operational risk, information security, financial crime, or regulatory compliance.
Experience with risk and control testing.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have
Knowledge of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and PRA SS on outsourcing and third-party risk management.
Familiarity with SQL for data management and analysis.

Compensation
Vilnius: €4,800 - €6,000 gross monthly.
Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
