About the Role
Revolut is seeking an experienced Business Recruiter to identify and hire top A-Players for non-tech/corporate roles. You will play a critical role in shaping teams and building the #DreamTeam by recruiting exceptional talent and enhancing our hiring processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and recruiting high-performing candidates for Revolut’s growing teams.
Collaborating with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
Designing interview processes to enhance assessment quality and optimize candidate experience.
Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
Advising hiring managers on market insights and talent acquisition best practices.
Driving offer negotiations and successfully closing candidates.
Ensuring candidates have a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years as a recruiter (agency, in-house, or fast-growth environments).
Skills:
Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, or People roles.
Prior experience in fintech, recruitment agencies, or hyper-growth startups.
Proficiency in other languages.
Compensation
Lithuania: €2,100 - €2,600 gross monthly.
Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
