About the Role
The Finance team at Revolut is the backbone of the organization, ensuring financial systems are robust and scalable. As a Business Analyst (Finance), you will play a critical role in designing and delivering key accounting systems and solutions driven by new business initiatives, regulatory requirements, and strategic finance programs.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for bridging business objectives and technical solutions, delivering impactful results, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
Support the integration of new business initiatives into Revolut's finance ecosystem.
Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers.
Document end-to-end delivery processes to ensure repeatability and scalability.
Build strong relationships with product teams to align goals and deliverables.
Conduct gap analyses to identify root causes and escalate risks/issues appropriately.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across various time zones.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the entire change program lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation.
Extensive experience in project change/business analysis, including both tactical and strategic solutions.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or part-qualified).
Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data analysis, interrogation, and reporting.
Detailed knowledge of banking IT systems, particularly trade/transaction workflows and GL entries.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
