About the Role
The Support Specialist role is about providing exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the public face of Revolut, supporting users via live chat, phone, and email. This isn’t a typical support job; Revolut focuses on delivering WOW moments and solving problems efficiently.
The role also offers growth opportunities to transition into other teams within the company after gaining experience.
👉 Please note: Revolut operates 24/7, which may involve working nights and weekends. Compensation is provided for night shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure users feel secure while using Revolut.
Providing support through live chat, phone, and email.
Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues.
Representing Revolut online with professionalism and empathy.
What You’ll Need
Basic Requirements
- Fluency in English (minimum C1).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner.
- Great numeracy, IT, and analytical skills.
- Empathy and a drive to help people.
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and a problem-solving attitude.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer support.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
